We have partnered with several manufacturers who make the external aircraft skins. These skins are an integral component of the helicopter and also enhance the appearance of the aircraft. Proper surface preparation including a water break test is crucial to ensure adhesion. Our floor supervisor then makes sure each skin is masked correctly in accordance with the blueprint. Priming and painting are then done as the final steps before inspection. We process a high volume of these components in various shapes and sizes, often with a quick turnaround time.
