Standard lead time is 3-5 business days. Rush services are available upon request. We work with each customer to meet their commitment requirements.

We work with aluminum, steel, titanium, magnesium, plastic, polycarbonate, fiberglass, honeycomb composites, and glass. If your substrate isn't listed, contact us — we likely have experience with it.

We can process parts up to 10 feet in length, 5 feet in diameter, and 1,000 pounds in weight.

Yes. We provide custom industrial and commercial powder coating using electrostatic spray application. We work with enamel, epoxy, polyurethane, and zinc primer coatings.

Mil-Spec (Military Specification) painting refers to coatings that meet strict military and aerospace standards for performance, durability, and reliability. Our processes comply with MIL-PRF-85285, MIL-PRF-22750, and other applicable specifications.

Yes. We are qualified to process flight-critical and flight-safety parts, including main rotor blades, landing gear, swash plate assemblies, and exterior aircraft skins.

We perform adhesion testing, mil thickness verification, visual inspection, and any additional testing required by applicable specifications. All testing is documented with certification of compliance.

Absolutely. We process everything from single prototypes to long production runs. Our facility is equipped to efficiently handle both high and low volume quantities.
